As easily as the advocates of tempered glass, it is also easy to find their opponents. Some of them claim that the glass interferes with the operation of the phone. Others that the image is not as clear when we use this type of security. It is worth remembering that good-quality glass will not hinder the use of the phone, nor will it distort the image in any way.
It will protect our phone not only against scratches. When a device falls or hits something, the toughened glass on the phone absorbs the impact force. It will break by itself, but the phone’s glass will remain intact. Therefore, when considering whether it is worth investing in a tempered glass for a phone, the answer is simple – it’s worth it. To be able to enjoy our cell phone longer.
How to properly put the tempered glass on the phone?
The correct installation of the glass on the screen of our phone will make the operation of the cell phone not difficult in any way, and the screen itself will be properly secured. That’s why it’s so important to get it right.
We don’t have to worry about installing glass on our phone. It is a very simple operation. Just do it exactly.
- First, we need to clean our screen thoroughly. Preferably with specially designed cloths. They should be included with the tempered glass. If they are missing, use a cloth to clean windows, screens, or glasses. There should be no dirt on the screen.
- Then it is worth polishing our quick. It will be the second cloth in the set. Some use compressed air to clean the screen even more thoroughly. Its purpose is to blow away any dirt particles from the screen.
- Hold the tempered glass in your open hand by the edges. Each glass has a protective film. Peel it off. To do this, just pull the special strap.
- Glue the glass slowly from one edge to the other. Be careful not to create any shifting or air bubbles. We check whether the cutouts for the buttons are properly positioned.
- When we properly apply the tempered glass to our phone, press it.

The price of toughened glass can vary greatly. Depending on the scratch resistance, size and what model of the phone it is intended for. The cheapest tempered glass does not include the appropriate cloths for cleaning the screen. Therefore, they cost a few zlotys. The better the quality and larger the toughened glass, the higher their price. Mid-range ones can cost between PLN 10-30. The most expensive and at the same time the best quality glasses can cost even PLN 100-200.
So it all depends on our preferences and financial capabilities. Although all glass, regardless of the price, is designed to protect our phone, we do not recommend the cheapest ones. They are certainly of lower quality than high-end glasses.
How to remove the tempered glass from the phone?
We wish everyone that the glass will serve them as long as the phone itself. However, the reality is different and we know from experience that there are situations when we have to take the glass off.
To do this, it is enough to gently lift the glass on the edge of the phone (e.g. with a fingernail) and slowly pull it up. You may feel some resistance at first, but it should get easier with every moment that air begins to pour in.
After removing the glass, there may be streaks and light dirt on the phone. No worries. Just wipe them with a cloth and polish.
